i am so glad to say that i am not aching so badly anymore, thanks to today's prac. i tell you that advertisement about tiger balm neck&shoulder rub - the one where you feel invisible hands kneading your muscles for you, is a scam. unless you massage yourself and pretend your own hands are invisible, cheap thrill cheap thrill! the stupid rub just smells good la. like vicks you know. so you rub then you sleep, double effect! soothes your muscles and unblocks your nose! psssssk. hooray for new donut factory outlet which opened @ novena, and the new flavours. cinnamon is very very <3 , and i baked fudge brownies yay :D

watch "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader" every thursday on channel 5! 8 or 8.30 pm im not sure, but i love it it's super funny and a good gameshow to boot :D
